Short Change is the da Vinci of panhandling.  He even bums money from other bums.  All that change is in his shoes – you never hear it, but you don't want a kick in the pants from this kid. 

Most of the Bullyvard regulars cheerfully ignore Short Change - except for Blok Boi, who's always wanted to lure him to the shady side of the street.  Behind Short Change's cute and innocent appearance he is curious, but sarcastic, streetwise, and cold.

“Hey.  Hey listen man.  Hey I got this thing I gotta do.  It's reeeeal important, it's my mama.  Hey man I getchoo somethin from the store, I can have the change? Yea Hey I gotta go, bus's here.  It's my mama, yeah I'll see you 'gain!”

“Hey, can I see that?  Ooh, bus is here.”
