You won't find a nicer sucker on Bullyvard than Bumbo.  He's not dumb, or naive, he's just stoned.  He's not really an easy mark, either – and a couple of the block regulars will always have Bumbo's back - but he'll run you around for half the day on a dollar if you string him along and don't get on his nerves.

Sometimes Bumbo doubles as the best news source on the Bullyvard, since shit unfolds almost daily along his jitney route, either in his van, or at point A or B.
