If there's any one hero in this part of Bullyvard, it might be the new kid, Billy Clubbs. 

Clubbs is Handle Bar P's best friend and something of a ninja.  A few shankers now whisper warnings to fellow shadow-dwellers, after taking a hammer to the face for stalking Handle Bar P on the streets – although Clubbs was previously nowhere in sight!

Clubbs is proud and weird.  The words he says are perfect English, but only a few can usually follow his bullet-train of thought.  Whatever he gets on a rant about, he definitely means it, but moments later it'll pass and he's back to bashing out beats.

His music's a little easier to understand – most reviewers agree it's about stomping around, discovering humongous things, and smashing them.
