Maybe you hoped there were going to be hints here of something deeper about Be Cool. 

He rarely talks.  He's not very animated.

It's hard to say if he's mean or if he's nice.  He keeps so quiet, nobody really knows a thing about him. 

That is, except for the people who've gotten the warning for misbehavior at Fatz' strip joint, they do know one thing. If Be Cool ever comes up to you, puts his best fist forward, and tells you to Be Cool, you'd best do as he says - and maybe just be on your way.
